About these terms

These Terms of Business govern the relationship between Adrion Custom Travel Agency ([[COMPANY LEGAL NAME]], referred to as "Adrion", "we", or "us") and you, the client, in connection with travel services arranged through adrion.hr or directly by correspondence. Please read these terms before proceeding with a booking. By confirming a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms. [[Have a lawyer verify that the scope covers your licence — organiser, intermediary, or both.]]

Our services

Adrion arranges curated private travel programmes in Croatia, including but not limited to guided journeys, private transfers, accommodation, activity experiences, and restaurant reservations. All programmes are arranged exclusively for your party; there are no group departures or shared itineraries. Adrion acts as [[CLARIFY ROLE: travel organiser / travel intermediary / both, per your licence]] in respect of the services described in each confirmed proposal.

The enquiry and proposal process

A journey begins with an enquiry submitted via the website or by email. We will respond with questions, and, once we have sufficient information, provide a written proposal setting out the programme, inclusions, and price. The proposal is not a binding contract. A booking is confirmed only when you accept the proposal in writing and pay the required deposit.

Pricing

Prices shown on the website are indicative "from" figures per person, based on typical group sizes and subject to seasonal variation and third-party availability. The confirmed price for your journey will be stated in your written proposal. Prices are quoted in [[EUR / HRK]] [[confirm currency per your accounting and regulatory requirements]] and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Payment terms

[[PAYMENT TERMS AND DEPOSIT — e.g.: A non-refundable deposit of X% of the total journey price is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance is due no later than X days before the journey departure date. Payment instructions will be provided in the proposal.]]

Changes by the client

Requests to change dates, programme elements, or party size after confirmation are accommodated where possible and subject to availability and any costs incurred by third-party suppliers. We will advise you of any additional charge before proceeding.

Cancellation by the client

Our Cancellation Policy sets out the applicable fees and notice periods. Please review the Cancellation Policy page before confirming your booking, as it forms part of these terms.

Changes or cancellation by Adrion

We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to a programme where circumstances require (for example, weather or supplier availability). Where a significant change is unavoidable, we will notify you promptly and offer an alternative or a refund of the affected portion. In the event of force majeure (see below), different provisions apply.

The client's responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that all members of your party hold valid travel documents, any visas required for your itinerary, and adequate travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, and personal liability. Adrion strongly recommends that comprehensive travel insurance is arranged at the time of booking. Adrion accepts no liability for loss or expense arising from failure to hold appropriate documents or insurance.

Liability

[[HAVE A LAWYER DRAFT THIS SECTION IN FULL. The following is a placeholder outline only.]] Adrion's liability to you in connection with services we directly provide is limited to the amount paid for those services. Where Adrion acts as intermediary, it accepts no liability for the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. [[Confirm the applicable provisions under Croatian law (Zakon o pružanju usluga u turizmu) and the Package Travel Directive if organiser status applies.]]

Force majeure

Adrion is not liable for failure to perform, or delay in performing, its obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest, government action, or extreme weather. In such circumstances, we will work with you and our suppliers to find the best available resolution, which may include rescheduling, credit, or partial refund depending on costs already incurred. [[Confirm force majeure provisions with your lawyer.]]

Complaints

If something goes wrong during your journey, please inform your Adrion contact immediately so that we can attempt to resolve it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may submit a written complaint to info@adriondmc.com within [[COMPLAINT DEADLINE — e.g. 30 days]] of the end of your journey. [[State the applicable complaint and ADR procedure under Croatian travel agency law.]]

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the Republic of Croatia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the [[COMPETENT COURT — e.g. Trgovački sud u Zagrebu / Općinski sud u Zagrebu]], unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
